Booking Policy:

  • 50% advance payment required for confirmation of booking.
  • Balance payment to be cleared 15 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation made 30 days before the trip – 90% refund.
  • Cancellation made 15–29 days before the trip – 50% refund.
  • Cancellation made within 14 days of arrival – No refund.
  • No refund for unused services after tour commencement.

Child Policy:

  • Children below 5 years – complimentary stay without extra bed.
  • Children aged 5–12 years – charged as per child rate with/without extra bed.
  • Children above 12 years – considered as adults.
